An incredible 2 days were had for the 40+ delegates from 16 institutions, who gathered at the beautiful and very welcoming University of Wollongong for the 2017 CAUDIT P3M COP Forum. An excellent opportunity to connect and share ideas around everything from the value of the PMO, projects and portfolio management to agile, innovating the future of higher education and much, much more.
Delegates reveled in an opportunity to channel their inner child at UOWs amazing Early Start Facility. Getting to trial all the fun and creative activities. The community are looking forward to continuing the collaboration and are already organising the 2018 event.
The Organisers of the forum did an amazing job in engaging with members of the Community with speakers representing a diverse spread across the sector. Presentations from the two days can be found within the P3M Community Resources
