Wine Country – San Francisco Wine Tour in Napa and Sonoma Valleys- Full Day

Enjoy a relaxing and picturesque journey from San Francisco to the rolling hills and golden valleys of Napa and Sonoma Counties. Visit multiple wineries and sample the local produce. Fees are required for tastings at three wineries. Take in both large and small boutique vineyards. Our first stop is a small, family-run winery in the scenic Dry Creek Valley region of Sonoma Valley that feels like a throwback to the days in which the area was still dotted with small farms. Here we’ll peek into the cave and sample 5 vintages with a light bite of food as we take in panoramic views over the countryside. Our next stop is an artisanal country deli specializing in food produced locally in Napa and Sonoma to get some lunch, which you’ll purchase on your own. Enjoy a picnic with a glass (or two) of Zinfandel wine produced from the valley's premier grape. We then head to Napa Valley for our final winery of the day, a lesser-known gem tucked into the hillside among some of the region’s most famous vineyards. After a full tour of the premises to learn about the wine-making process which pays tributes to the roots of wine-making in the region, we’ll sample 5 of their most characteristic wines. At the end of the day, we’ll drive back to San Francisco, passing over the Golden Gate Bridge and arriving downtown.
