Using skills intelligence to develop the cyber workforce

FifthDomain CEO & Founder Matt Wilcox will showcase two platforms that help to identify and develop cyber skills.

Matt began his career in the Australian Signals Directorate’s Securities Operations Centre, later working in ‘Big 4’ consulting, and as a lecturer for the Australian Defence Force Academy. Matt has led the development of cyber security technology and services for Australia's intelligence community and has delivered cyber security education, competitions and cyber skills assessments for clients across government, private enterprise and education sectors.

Demonstrating how FifthDomain's Labs platform can develop cyber skills through experiential learning environments, Matt will also walk through a pertinent adoption use case for an Australian University delivering undergraduate and postgraduate cyber courses. You will also see how FifthDomain's Assessor platform can identify cyber skills and potential, delivering rich insights gathered through individuals' performance in operational cyber tasks. Using the shared insights, Matt will explain how it can help you recruit for cyber staff more effectively.
