Participating in their final group session covering future goal setting, running successful meetings and the ever-important presentations back to the group, the 13 participants of the CAUDIT Managers Program have now completed the 2020 program.
The participants from the 2020 program have been committed to the revised online structure throughout the program despite the challenges that this style can entail. The program has been instrumental in supporting them as they navigated a busy, tumultuous, trying and yet inspiring year.
A highlight for the group was the Meet and Greet with Gina White, Director IT Services, Southern Cross University and President of CAUDIT. The intimate setting provided the perfect forum for participants to engage with Gina on a personal level.
Other significant value for the participants has been learning the art of coaching – a skills that they have all been actively applying in their own environments, and, having access to personalised one-on-one coaching themselves throughout the entire program.
In reviewing the 2020 program, Manager, Professional Development, Cassandra Spencer, noted that there were some changes in dynamics given the revised format, and there were some new opportunities to broaden networking that the online format provided. The program has been delivered by Greg O’Brien, PaceLearning who has a long history of working with the higher education sector on leadership, management personal development training.
Participants will celebrate their successes with an online graduation later in December.
