Representing 27 organisations from Australia and New Zealand, 42 IT, library and research staff have successfully completed the 2019 CAUDIT Leadership Institute.
Held during August, participants spent an intense week elevating their individual leadership skills and gaining valuable insight and understanding into the high level workings of organisations within the higher education and research sector.
The participants in attendance showcased maturity, strength and quality of those currently working in the sector. Their participation reflects the commitment to staff development by their employers (university and research organisations within Australasia).
With the continued investment by members for over 20 years, the CAUDIT Leadership Institute remains the benchmark for leadership standards in higher education.
Overall, initial survey feedback from the 2019 cohort has identified the top three sessions as being:

- Politics, Culture & Strategy
- Careers by Design
