The CAUDIT Managers Program is now accepting applications. This sought after program is designed by the sector, for the sector, empowering IT, library and eResearch team leaders and managers with this skills and confidence they need to take chances, make decisions and move forward with purpose and direction when facing challenges. The 2023 program will be delivered via a blend of online and face-to-face modes while maintaining a strong focus on peer support, technical workshops, one-on-one coaching and networking. In 2022, the CAUDIT Managers Program (CMP) received a record number of applications. The program supports staff working within all disciplines within IT, eResearch and library from Australian and NZ member organisations.
The program runs over seven months to support the implementation of new skill sets over a sustained period of time. This allows participants the opportunity to fully embed learnings and share lessons from their experiences while contributing to solution-based problem solving within the team.
