Cassandra Spencer is CAUDIT's Director, Capability and Experience. Through this role Cassandra leads the management of CAUDIT’s flagship programs, the CAUDIT Leadership Institute and CAUDIT Managers Program the objective of which is to build a ‘future-ready’ IT workforce through a framework that drives improved behaviours by instilling an underlying leadership culture for the higher education sector.
Cassandra’s role supports the ongoing development of the sector Communities of Practice and oversight of all CAUDIT events. Prior to this Cassandra provided executive support to the CEO and management of CAUDIT’s administrative functions, communications and member services.
Prior to joining CAUDIT, Cassandra worked within the forestry sector in senior Member Services and Executive Officer roles. Cassandra is based in Canberra, A.C.T
