Change Management Community

The Change Management Community of Practice advocate for best practice and awareness of change and development within higher education organisations. The community is one that looks to promote open information sharing and collaboration on experiences to strengthen and evolve approaches to the ways we work.

Change Management represents IT cultural change, focusing on goals, process or technologies through improved collaboration and helping people to adapt to change.

The CAUDIT Change Management Community of Practice is a group represented by practitioners from CAUDIT Member organisations. Established under the general direction of CAUDIT, the CoP is self-governing with voluntary Co-Chairs, and members each holding a position relevant to change management.


CAUDIT acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands where we live, learn and work. We pay our respects to Elders past and present and celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of all First Nations people.
