Congratulations to the Graduates of the 2024 CAUDIT Leadership Institute!
This year’s graduates—45 remarkable IT and library professionals from across the sector—approached the program with enthusiasm, maturity, and a willingness to embrace new perspectives. Their commitment to personal and professional growth was inspiring, and we look forward to the positive impact they will have at their respective institutions.
The CLI has been a cornerstone of professional development in the Higher Education IT sector since its inception in 1998. With a remarkable alumni network exceeding 1,000 professionals, the institute stands out for its comprehensive approach to leadership training. The program integrates vital themes and methodologies pertinent to future leaders, ensuring participants are well-prepared to navigate the higher education sector.
Delivered intensively over one week, the CLI combines interactive technical sessions with opportunities for meaningful networking. The immersive experience fosters professional growth and helps attendees build lasting connections with peers.
The CLI is the only sector program that includes significant input and perspectives from current IT and library leaders including DVCs and VCs.
The program’s unique 1:1 mentoring opportunities provide participants with highly relevant personalised guidance from our experienced faculty members, who are experts across the sector.
Thanks to our outstanding cohort and exceptional faculty, this year’s CAUDIT Leadership Institute was an incredible success.
We look forward to seeing this cohort of graduates go on to make significant contributions to their institutions and the sector. View the full list of CLI graduates here.
