The CAUDIT Managers Program is a strategically designed program to increase your effectiveness as a manager and future leader.
The program has been developed specifically for new and existing middle managers and team leaders in information technology and information resources from the higher education sector, and runs over a period of approximately seven months with a combination of group and individual sessions.
It’s unique advantage over other programs of this type, is exposure to sector specific situations with your sector peers throughout the program as well as building very strong informal and formal, lasting networks. The length of the program allows for real application of the learnings and offers you the opportunity for personal and professional growth and change. The success of previous programs is testament to this.
