In both 2019 and 2022, CAUDIT sought input from sector leaders to identify the essential skills and qualities needed for their roles. This resulted in a comprehensive set of 18 skills divided into two domains: "Humanistic" and "Business."
To maintain the CAUDIT Leadership Institute's commitment to staying at the forefront of leadership standards, the program is carefully designed to cover these core skills and attributes.
